Shipping
Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. In some cases additional charges may apply to international shipping. Keep in mind international shipping may take longer due to customs and distance.
When you place an order, we will provide an estimated date of delivery for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please allow 2-3 business days for all in stock orders to be processed before shipping.

Please allow 5-7 business days for all out of stock orders to be processed before shipping.

Please allow 7-14 business days for all custom color and custom wig orders to be processed before shipping.
Shipping options are selected at the time of purchase. Purchase must be submitted before 10AM EST to begin processing the same day. International shipping and larger orders may be longer and incur additional fees. Orders are only shipped to PayPal confirmed addresses. Once an order is placed the address cannot be changed in any way for any reason.

No refunds will be permitted. Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.

UnBleavable Hair will gladly accommodate exchanges within 7 business days of purchase on all bundles and hair-care products that have not been opened, tampered with, has a missing label or worn. Please note that all sales are final once wigs and hair extensions are colored, cut, washed, installed, etc.
By placing an order at UnBleavable Hair, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. To initiate anexchange, please email info@UnBleavableHair.com with your order number in the subject line. Upon receipt of returned goods, UnBleavable Hair has the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet policy requirements.
What is the Exchange Period?
UnBleavable Hair will provide an exchange on hair extensions, wigs and haircare products that have not been tampered with, opened or worn within 7 business days.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping cost?
Yes. All customers are fully responsible for their own return shipping cost. UnBleavable Hair is not responsible for lost packages, so we recommend purchasing a tracking number. Customers may also exchange products in salon.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel any orders before shipping.
Can I return an open bundle?
No. Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers.
